- 2 C FLOUR
- 1/4 C SUGAR
- 1 T BAKING POWDER
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/4 C BUTTER
- 1/3 C CRANBERRYS CHOPPED
- 1/3 C WALNUTS CHOPPED
- 1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
- 1 EGG WHISKED

Step 1
COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. USING A PASTRY BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSER CUT IN BUTTER UNTIL CRUMBLY. MIX IN MILK AND EGG UNTIL WELL BLENDED AND THEN ADD CRANBERRY AND WALNUT. ROLL INTO A ROUND SCORING WEDGES ON TOP WITH A KNIFE, SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR AND BAKE ON 350 FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND DONE.
