Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

• 1/2 to 1 onion
• 1-2 stalks celery, chopped
• 1-2 T. butter
• Minute Rice (3 cups or amount as desired)
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
• Cheese (Velveeta, jalapeno, or garlic as desired)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain the broccoli.
Saute the onion and celery in butter till tender.
Melt cheese and combine all ingredients.
Heat and serve warm.
