Ingredients
- 2 lbs. of ground sausage
- 1 T fresh sage
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. all spice
- Puff Pastry
- 2 T Butter
- Garlic
- 4 oz. package gorgonzola chees
- 1/2 Cup heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sausage and spices together.
Thaw puff pastry and roll sheet to make it wider. Roll pastry around sausage and cut into medallions.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 min
> Sauce:

> Sauté 2 T butter in pan and add garlic to taste. Add gorgonzola
cheese and heavy cream. Simmer until it binds and is reduced.

> Note: Some have used evap. milk and it was fine.
