Buffal Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg penne pasta
• 1 pld chicken breast cubed
• salt
• pepper
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 medium carrots
• 2 celery
• 1 cup onion, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves
• 3/4 ranch dressing
• 3/4 mayo
• 1/2 cup louisiana hot sauce
• 1 1/2 cheese
• 1/2 cp bread crumbs
• 3 Tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

cook pasta. cook chicken in oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute carrots, celery and onion in leftover oil from chicken. add garlic and cook another minute. stir in dressing, mayo, and hot sauce. Add pasta and chicken, toss to coat. Transfer to baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs, sprinkle with butter. Bake @350 for 25 minutes.
