Ingredients
- teriaki sauce: combine:
- 1 pound firm tofu
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 green onions, sliced (including tops)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
Step 1
drain tofu in colander for 10 mins, slice into domino shaped pieces
marinate in teriaki sauce for 15 mins, turning to coat
combine flour & sesame seeds
drain tofu, coat with flour mixture
brown tofu in hot oil til browned or bake in 400 degree oven
sprinkle with green onion & pass remaining teriaki sauce for dipping
