for triple batch: using 3 cups mix: replace 1/2 cup mix with cornstarch, add 1/2 cup sugar; used half water & half fat free milk
whisk egg whites separately & then whisk in

batter will be thin; approx 1/2 cup batter per waffle

3 cups made approx 14 waffles
