Ingredients

  • Homemade tomato sauce
  • 1 package Boca crumbles (from freezer dept)
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted & squeezed dry
  • 2 packages Follow Your Heart mozzarella cheese alternative
  • 1 package lasagna noodles
  • Opt: For tofu ricotta: mash tofu w/minced garlic, olive oil & salt; let sit to absorb flavors, layer into pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Reserve some "cheese for top; Mix most of the shredded "cheese", spinach, Boca crumbles into sauce

Layer cooked lasagna noodles with sauce mixture

Top with additional shredded "cheese"

Bake til bubbly
