- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbs sweet butter
- butter for cooking

Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Measure milk in large measuring cup and add egg to it. Beat lightly then add in cooled melted butter. Pour the liquid ingredients into the mixing bowl and stir until dry ingredients are mixed in. Cook each pancake onto sizzling pan with butter to desired crispiness.
