Cotton Candy Cupcakes

By

I love cotton candy…a lot…and I thought the idea of a cotton candy cupcake sounded amazing. I didn’t want these to be plain, old cotton candy cupcakes, though. These needed to be something that could stand out. One bite of one and think you'll agree they're a success. Enjoy!
