Ingredients
- One 8-oz. can pineapple chunks packed in juice, not drained
- 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or thawed from frozen)
- 2 limes, sliced into rounds
- One 750-ml bottle white wine (sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio)
- 4 oz. coconut rum
- 12 oz. diet lemon-lime soda
Preparation
Step 1
Place all fruit in a very large pitcher, including the juice from the canned pineapple. Add the wine and rum. Gently stir.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Just before serving, add soda and stir. Serve with a ladle, and make sure to get some fruit in each glass!
