Dip: Crab and Artichoke Dip

  • Garnish:
  • 1 can Crown Prince Crab Meat, drained
  • 2 small jars artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 pinches dill weed
  • paprika
  • chopped parsley, garnish
  • wedge of lemon
  • 1 green onion, sliced, optional garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesean, garlic and dill; mix well. Stir in crab and artichokes. Bake in a small casserole dish at 350° for 25-30 minutes.

Serve with a sprinkle of paprika, parsley and/or green onions, and a wedge or two of lemon.

A dry, unseasoned cracker is best served on the side or serve on toasted baquette.
