Vegetable Pie

Ingredients

  • 10 inch pie shell unbaked
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 yellow squash sliced
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 4 T butter
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • dash garlic salt
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c grated mozarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a med skillet, saute veggies in butter until crisp, but not soft. Drain well and add seasonings. Place tomato slices in bottom of pie shell and add veggies. Combine mayo and cheese, then pour over veggies. Bake uncovered in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
