If cabbage is rinsed & not well drained reduce amt of water in dressing

Ingredients
- ¾ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon table salt - use extra if using kosher salt
- ⅓ cup oil
- ½ head shredded cabbage
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dressing ingredients
Pour dressing over vegetables
Let stand in refrigerator overnight
