Chicken with Pasta and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (substitute?)
  • 1 cup half and half
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

While pasta is cooking, combine all remaining ingredients except 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix in pasta and pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350° F for 25 minutes.
