Preparation

Step 1

Cut 5" squares of parchment paper

spray muffin tin with veg oil spray to hold parchment in place

place 1 piece of the parment into 1 cup of the muffin tin, pressing along folds to crease

repeat with other parchment squares

scoop batter into cups & bake
