Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 0z semisweet chocolate, chopped
- (can substitute bitter sweet, milk or white chocolate)
Preparation
Step 1
Bring cream to boil
Pour over chocolate
Cover & let stand 5 mins
Whisk til smooth, cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate until cool & slightly fir,, 45 mins to 1 hour
Whip at medium speed until fluffy & moouse like, forms medium stiff peaks, about 2 mins
Can use without whipping for denser frosting
