Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sheets puff pastry
- 2 ounces butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 apples, cored & thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Oven to 355
Brush pastry sheets with butter & cut into six pieces
Press into 6 (1 cup) greased muffin tins
Sprinkle with sugar
Combine apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, lemon juice & divide into cups
Bake 20 mins or until apples are soft & pastry is golden & crisp
Serve warm with cream or ice cream
