Pickled Beets

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can sliced beets with liquid
  • 3 Tablespoons Splenda, granular
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pickling spice

Preparation

Step 1

Place the beets with liquid, Splenda, vinegar and spices in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes.
Cool in the refrigerator.
