- 1 CUP & 2 TBSP. VEGETABLE OIL
- 6 SMALL TOMATO PASTE 6 OZ CANS

- 6 CUPS DICES ONIONS
- 3 CUPS GREEN PEPPERS
- 6 TBSP BASIL
- 6 TBSP OREGENO
- 6 CLOVES OF GARLIC
- 5 TBSP SALT
- 2 1/2 TBSP PEPPER
- 3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 6 BAY LEAVES
Preparation
Step 1
COOK AT LEAST 1 1/2 HOURS TO 2 HOURS THE MORE YOU COOK IT THE THICKER IT WILL GET.
PUT IN STERLIZED QUART JARS 1/2" HEAD SPACE.
PUT THE LIDS AND BANDS
PROCESS 20 MINUTES IN BOILING WATER
