Grilled Chicken with Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbl. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbl. chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp. Lawry's Fire Roasted Chile & Garlic Blend, divided
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Tbl. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix tomato, onion, cilantro, green onion and 1/2 tsp. of Chile & Garlic Blend until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Brush chicken lightly with oil. Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 tsp. seasoning blend.

Grill chicken over medium heat 6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve chicken with Pico de Gallo. Sprinkle with additional Seasoning Blend, if desired.
