Ingredients
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbl. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbl. chopped green onion
- 2 tsp. Lawry's Fire Roasted Chile & Garlic Blend, divided
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 Tbl. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix tomato, onion, cilantro, green onion and 1/2 tsp. of Chile & Garlic Blend until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Brush chicken lightly with oil. Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 tsp. seasoning blend.
Grill chicken over medium heat 6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve chicken with Pico de Gallo. Sprinkle with additional Seasoning Blend, if desired.
