Ham Omelet For One

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cup cooked diced ham
  • 2 Tablespoons butter

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a skillet.
Mix well the eggs, salt and water.
Pour into a hot pan.
Edge should set immediately.
Using a pancake turner, bring the cooked edge to center.
Tip pan to allow uncooked egg to run to outer edge.
While top is still moist put ham on right side.
Fold the one side over the ham side.
Cheese may also be added.
