Bisquick Caramel Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Bisquick
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c skim milk
- 2 c sliced peeled apples (approx 2 med)
- 1 tbl lemon juice
- 2/3 c packed brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c boiling water

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 F. Stir together Bisquick, sugar and milk until blended. Pour into ungreased 9 x 9 square pan. Top with apples, sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir together brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Pour boiling water over apples. Bake 50 - 60 minutes .
