Ingredients
- 3/4 cup self rising flour or regular flour with 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- pinch salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups fruit
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in bowl or baking 9 x 13 pan. Pour batter into middle of batter. Into middle of batter, pour 2 cups fruit (to 1 Cup sugar). Can add 1 tsp of tapioca if desire.. Bake 1 hour at 325.
