Grilled Pesto Prawns

Ingredients

  • Large Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 4 fresh lemons, juiced
  • Garli Garni to taste
  • fresh pesto sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate prawns in lemon juice, Garli Garni and fresh garlic for at least one hour in refrigerator. Grill over coals until just pink. Remove and place in heat resistant bowl. Toss with fresh pesto sauce and serve.
