COMBINE FIRST 8 INGREDIENTS AND PUT IN GREASED CASSEROLE DISH. COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS, DRIZZLE IN BUTTER WHILE STIRRING. SPRINKLE OVER TOP. BAKE AT 375 FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL TOPPING BROWNS.
