  • 2 tbs plus 2 1/4 tsp (1.375 oz/39g) sugar, or 1/8 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 3 tbs (1.5 oz/42.5g) vegetable oil or melted unsalted butter
  • 1/2 egg (0.875oz/25g)
