Asian style pot stickers. I don't know the amounts so use your good cooking sense.

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • List 2: Ingredients for the Skins
  • 6 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 2.5 cups warm - hot water (120 deg. F/50 deg. C)
  • Filling:
  • Ground pork
  • Light soy sauce
  • Dark soy sauce
  • White pepper
  • Green onion
  • Sugar
  • White wine
  • salt
  • ginger
  • Baby bok choy (cooked and finally chopped)
  • sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out dough until it's about a 2" diameter roll. Cut peaces about 2". Roll out pieces in a circle shape. Cup flat dough piece in hand and add filling. Crimp the edges and form into the usual pot sticker shape. Add a TBS of oil to the frying pan. Place the pot stickers in the pan bottom side down and fry until brown on the bottom. Add some water. cover and steam until meat is cooked.
