Sauteed Corn and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 1 pound container grape tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. sliced fresh basil
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cover pan with cooking spray. Add corn and saute 2 minutes or until tender. Cut tomatoes in half and add to skillet. Saute 1 minute. Add basil, pepper and salt. Saute 1 minute or until basil wilts.
