Ingredients
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 Cup lard
- 1/4 Cup ice water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour and salt then cut in lard. Sprinkle in water a little at a time until flour is moistened. Gather dough in a ball and roll out. Do not stretch dough because it shrinks as it cooks.
