Fried Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1/4 teasp. salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 8 canned artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix beer, salt and egg


Dip artichokes in beer batter then in flour

Fry in hot oil for 5 mins.until brown

Drain on paper towels and serve hot
