Ingredients
- 2 c. raw diced potatoes
- 2 c. chopped celery, can use less
- 2 c. raw hamburger
- 1 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 2 c. canned tomatoes and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place in baking dish in order given. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. If hamburger is browned, cut baking time to 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Can be cooked in microwave 25 minutes on high. Serves 6.
To lower fat, brown hamburger in frying pan and squeeze out grease.
