Ingredients
- 2 large lemons, divided
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 (6 oz.) salmon fillet

Step 1
Preheat broiler. Grate rind and squeeze juice from 1 lemon to measure 1 tablespoon each. Cut remaining lemon into 4 wedges. Combine lemon rind, lemon juice, paprika, honey and salt, stirring to form a paste. Spread lemon paste evenly over tops and sides of fillets. Place fillets on a rack in a broiler pan. Broil 4 -5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
