Ingredients
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 6 cups shredded cabbage, about 1/2 small green cabbage
- 3 carrots, coarsely grated
- 1 small red onion, very thinly sliced

Step 1
. Whisk mayo with vinegar, ketchup, Dijon and hot sauce in a large bowl. Stir in cabbage, carrots and onion until coated. Let stand up to 1 hour before serving.
