Chinese Beef Stir Fry

  • 2 tbs chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 lb beef cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper cut into strips
  • 1 green pepper cut into strips
  • 1 yellow (or orange) pepper cut into strips
  • 1 large onion - cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 2 tbs corn starch
  • 2 tbs cold water
  • paprika
  • oil

Cooking time 60mins


Step 1

Marinate beef with paprika. Put oil in wok and wait until wok is smoking. Add onions and garlic and saute until tender. Add peppers and saute until tender. Add beef and saute until cooked and browned. Add sauces. Mix corn starch and cold water and add to stir fry. Add water to wok for sauce's desired consistency. Add chili garlic and soy sauce to taste. Serve over white rice.
