- 1 lb fusilli pasta
- 1 c packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 c drained sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 3 tbsp sun dried tomato oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Cook pasta reserving 1/2 c cooking water.
Meanwhile, in food processor with knife blade attached, pulse basil, tomatoes, oil, salt and pepper until blended. combine pasta cooiing water with tomatoe mixture in bowl. Toss with drained pasta to coat
