Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 granny smith apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/3 C dried cranberries
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper & lemon juice to taste
  • walnuts or pecans (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least a few hours to blend flavors.
