  • 4 Green peppers
  • 3 lbs. Ground chuck
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Eggs (4 to 5)
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 2/3 cup Rice (cooked)
  • 2 cans Tomato soup
  • 2 cans Tomato sauce
  • Butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Cut peppers in half lengthwise
3. Put meat in a bowl, add salt and pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, and rice. Use mixture to fill peppers.
4. Mix sauce, soup, 1 can of water for each, butter (2 oz.) in a covered pan. Add a pinch of sugar. Put green peppers in the pan and put in oven until done.
