Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 1 c. milk or cream
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 egg whites (save yolks for the cottage cheese)
  • enough flour to make a soft dough
  • Cottage Cheese mixture
  • 3 c. cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs yolks
  • little bit of cream
  • salt & pepper to taste
