- 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
- 1 TBLS BUTTER
- 12 OZ. VELVEETA CHEESE, CUT UP
- 4 OZ. CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES
- 3/4 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
- 3/4 CUP MILK
- 2 TBLS CHOPED CILANTRO

Step 1
COOK AND STIR CORN AND GARLIC IN BUTTER IN LARGE SAUCE PAN ON MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT UNTIL TENDER. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS, COOK UNTIL VELVEETA IS MELTED AND SOUP IS THROUGHLY HEATED. TOP WITH CRUSHED TORILLA CHIPS IF DESIRED.
