Bread: Cinnamon Raisin

My husband will do backflips for bread and this is one recipe that he absolutely flipped over.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups water at 120* to 130* temperature
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar/ packed
  • 4 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup dark or light golden raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients as in order into bread machine except the raisins. Process on Sweet/Rapid or Timed Cycle.

Add raisins 30 minutes after the cycle begins.
