Mexican fry bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 cup flour
• Pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water oil and salt to boil. Quickly stir in flour making a dough the consistency of hot play dough. Let cool enough to handle then load into a cookie press outfitted with a large star tip. Squeeze star logs into hot oil; fry until golden. Drain on a wire rack before rolling in cinnamon and sugar or dip in chocolate or a fruit sauce.
