No-Bake Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 25 chocolate wafers
• 3 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
• 2 tsp oil
• Cooking spray
• 6 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 c. powdered sugar
• 3/4 tsp vanilla
• 2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 2 Tblsp seedless stawberry fruit spead
• 1 Tblsp Chambord
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 lb strawberries. halved

Preparation

Step 1

Process wafers until finely ground.Microwave chocolate until it melts, about 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds. Add chocolate and oil with wafers and process until well combined. Gently press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. Place in freezer 15 minutes or til set.

Beat cream cheese, vanilla and sugar with mixer til smooth. Fold in whipped topping and carefully spread over bottom of crust. Microwave fruit spread 10 sec til softened. Add Chambord and juice; stir with a whisk til smooth. Add berries and toss to combine. Arrange berries over pie and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
