• 10 Guajillo chiles
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 t cumin
• 8 cloves
• 1/2 onion
• 1 cup vinegar
• all liquid from can of pineapple

break chiles deseed them and blend all together til smooth add to slice pork marinate for four hours slow cook in pan for one hour then slice two whole onion add on top and cook until done slice pineapple saute and add to the tacos.
