Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients

• Potatoes
• Salt and Pepper
• Italian Sausage
• onions
• 1 box frozen peas

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes and quarter, Sprinkle with a little oil

Cook 45 mins @350 degrees. Add sliced onion

Lay sausage on top. Cook 1/2 hr. uncovered

Take sausage out and stir potatoes and onions then add peas and sausage

Cook for 15 mins more.
