Ingredients
- 1 c tomatoes
- 3 T chopped basil
- 1 T oil
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- Mix and refrigerate
- 4 boneless skinless breasts
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 T milk
- 1/4 flour
- 3/4 c italian crumbs
- 2 T olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Pound chicken breasts until 1/4" thick. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Beat egg and milk until blended. Coat chicken with flour, dip egg and coat with bread crumbs. Heat 2 T oil over med heat. Add chicken. Cook 10-15 min. Serve with tomato topping
