  • 4

    cup(s) bread flour

  • 2

    cup(s) water

  • 1

    Tbsp honey

  • 1

    tsp table salt

  • 1

    Tbsp yeast


Warm the water. Mix with the honey, salt & yeast.. Place flour in food processor using dough blade, or use your mixer with a dough blade or mix by hand with a wooden sppon. Add the water mixture until right consistency is reached (about 1 3/4 c. of the water mixture may be about right). (The dough will come away from the sides and form into a ball in the center of the processor,. About 2 minutes this may take. Take out & knead a little more. Let rise 1 hour in greased bowl & in warm area. Shape into 2 loaves on a conrmeal covered baking sheet lined with parchment. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake 30 minutes at 400.
