Salsa Verde de Tomatillo

Ingredients
- 5 Tomatillos, husks removed
- 2 medium jalapenos, stems removed
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsley chopped
- 2 to 3 large garlic cloves
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Add Tomatillos, jalapenos and onion to medium-sized sauce pan. Add enough water to cover the tops of the tomatillos (about 2 cups). Cook on low medium heat until all ingredients are soft.
Transfer the cooked mixture(including the liquid) to a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and puree.
