Tangy Pepperoncini Dip

  • 1 cup nonfat plain vegan Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoncini
  • coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup nonfat plain vegan Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise, and 1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoncini. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper. To store, refrigerate in an airtight container, up to 5 days.
