Ingredients
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 -1 cup fresh blueberries

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare muffin tin with paper liners. In medium bowl, cream sugar and butter on low speed until smooth. Add milk, egg, 2/3 cup flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and salt and mix just until thoroughly blended. Gently mixin remaining 2/3 cup of flour (batter should be lumpy). Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin tin liners 3/4 full (muffins will rise about 1 inch before pan). Bake until golden brown, 20 - 30 minutes.
