2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3 oz pepper

Step 1

Clean chicken breasts and place in plastic bag
Whip eggs and milk together in separate bowl
Place all contents together in plastic bag with breadcrumbs
Add pepper and shake
Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through
Serve
